Michelle Huggins – Head of Workforce Development

Training I have been working for Skillnet Group for about 8 years. I started with the Speaking Up Group, and was also Joint Chair of the Canterbury District Partnership Group. I did this for about 4 years and then I started work with the Direct Payments Team, promoting how Direct Payments could work for people with a learning disability.

From October 2010 I moved to the Training Team. The work I do is mainly on Equality and Human Rights. I am very passionate about raising awareness about Disability. I am enjoying the work I am doing now.

At work I am known as ‘Cruddie’.
